Cancellation Policy

The Fine Print Regarding Cancellations….

 

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In cases of true emergencies we will try to accommodate you whenever possible on a case-by-case basis, however there is no guarantee. In other words, say for example you are flying in. We may ask for your flight number if there are known travel delays that day.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue to our business and our therapist, it also prevents us from providing services to other clients. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly, be ready and on time.

If you agree to receive emails from us, we have an automated appointment reminder that goes out 36-48 hours before your scheduled appointment for your convenience.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

​

No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for that session. Any discounts may be lost and forfeited in the case of now shows or late arrivals.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply, or you can use the remaining time left for your appointment and the price will remain the same. We respect that your time is valuable, as is ours.  We make every attempt to operate on a timely schedule for your benefit as well as the benefit of others. We will not be able to extend your appointment due to late arrivals!

All sessions are available through placing reservation only.

 

You may cancel your appointment up to 9a.m the day before your scheduled appointment without a penalty charge. This allows opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

***Any cancellations made after 9a.m. the day prior to your scheduled appointment, will be subjected to a minimum $35 fee.

Any no show appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment are subject to full charge of the service scheduled without refund. Your service is considered rendered in full at your scheduled time, as we have a room and therapist available for your exclusive use, whether you choose to attend or not.***

 

***Specialty appointments or appointments scheduled during our Holiday Promo Week cancelled according to our policy are subject to minimum 50% charge of service scheduled.***

***No show appointments are subject to full charge of the service scheduled without refund. Your service is considered rendered in full at your scheduled time, as we have a room and therapist available for your exclusive use, whether you choose to attend or not.***

***Appointments scheduled within 2 days of appointment are immediately subject to minimum $35 fee up to 100% of service scheduled (whichever is greater) for cancellation***

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card or through a third party vendor. Please have your credit card ready when booking. No card on file, no appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file, including a processing charge. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.

If fee has not been paid either due to personal block on card or incorrect information, Balance due MUST be paid before reschedule/ additional appointments are made.

Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
