If the continuation of abuse to the cancellation policy persists, prepayment of services will be required and the request of card on file will no longer be made. Under the circumstances of 3rd party vouchers, payment rendered to such parties are not considered prepayment of services and additional payment is to be made. Such payment is nonrefundable, and is used as credit to future services.

The Fine Print Regarding Cancellations….

 

The time reserved for you is valuable and this policy is implement for this reason. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved for you. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue to this business and the therapist, it also prevents the ability from providing services to other clients. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly, be ready and on time.

If you agree to receive emails from us, there is an automated appointment reminder that goes out 3 days before your scheduled appointment for your convenience.

 

NOTE: Any text messages sent in regards to reminders of appointments are done out of personal courtesy and are not automated, therefore is not a service offered. Clients may request an initial text of appointment at the end of initial phone call, and clients sending text messages to confirm appointments will be responded. Please ensure emails are received and if there is an issue, contact immediately to make sure any reminders and confirmations of emails are sent and received.

The following policies are enforced:

​

No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for that session. Any discounts may be lost and forfeited in the case of now shows or late arrivals.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, accommodations may not be available. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply, or you can use the remaining time left for your appointment time slot and the price will remain the same. Your time is valuable and respected, as is the therapist.  Every attempt to operate on a timely schedule is for your benefit as well as the benefit of others. Extending your appointment due to late arrivals will not be available!

All sessions are available through placing reservation only.

 

You may cancel your appointment up to 9a.m the day before your scheduled appointment without a penalty charge. This allows opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

***Any cancellations made after 9a.m. the day prior to your scheduled appointment, will be subjected to a minimum $35 fee.***

***Any no show appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment are subject to full charge of the service scheduled without refund (not the discount price from coupons, vouchers, gift certificates, etc). Your service is considered rendered in full at your scheduled time, as a room and therapist is available for your exclusive use, whether you choose to attend or not on the agreed scheduled time.***

 

***Specialty appointments or appointments scheduled during our "Holiday Promo Week" cancelled according to the policy are subject to minimum 50% charge of service scheduled.***

***Appointments scheduled within 2 days of appointment are immediately subject to 100% of service scheduled for cancellation***

When you schedule your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. All services scheduled are require a credit card to guarantee a reservation, regardless of services intended to be paid with a gift card or through a third party vendor. Please have your credit card ready when booking. No card on file, no appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file, including a processing charge.

If fee has not been paid for any reason such as: due to personal block on card or incorrect information, etc; balance due MUST be paid before reschedule/ additional appointments are made.
