If you are worried that the exercises will be difficulty, fear not there are detailed instructions, animations & images of more than 600 exercises. They have a Fitness & Training Blog, in addition to that please read and subscribe to the Fitness & Training Blog for comprehensive information on Strength Training, Dietary Guidelines, Sports Psychology and Health in general. To find upcoming training goals or to assess your current fitness level in terms of Strength, and Cardiovascular Endurance, you can do a number of their selected Fitness Tests. The Advanced Search allows you to find the exercises that fit your needs and possibilities most.

PhysioAdvisor is a place where you "take control of your injury". They help you with strength exercises tailored to injuries that can occur from head to toe. Here you can find information on health issues that shows you ways to prevent injuries, rehabilitation for those injuries, different exercises to improve flexibility and tools that can help you. If you have a question you can even look up to find a physical therapist in your area, or check out their virtual physio.
